The ultra-modern West Vancouver home built by FNDA Architecture has views of the ocean throughout the entire space. It showcases its strong modern approach with elements of geometric shapes and wood panelling, with us bringing in an alternative feel of modernism. It was made clear that the use of the space would focus on being family-oriented. We introduced warmer elements in upholstery and décor to balance structural components. Original art was very important to our clients and was the key element in introducing colour into the home. Contrast was also introduced to ground the space.

The clients had a variety of original pieces that brought aspects of colour and authenticity into the home. Throughout the space, we brought in several organic textiles, such as linen and faux furs. These understated accessories can add the necessary layers to make a home a home. We feel little finishing touches are always worth it, like fresh flowers to fill their fragrance throughout the living room for the clients’ return.
