The job

The Senior Interior Designer leads the design and execution of exceptional residential environments from initial concept through final installation. Working within the firm’s philosophy centered on wellness, creativity and transformation, this role is responsible for guiding both the creative vision and technical execution of highly personalized homes. Acting as a design lead within the studio, The Senior Interior Designer translates ideas into thoughtful, refined spaces while coordinating the many details required to bring bespoke residential projects to life. This role collaborates closely with the Creative Director while guiding project teams, consultants, contractors, and trades to ensure the design vision is carried through every stage of the process.

The skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in residential interior design.
  • Demonstrated experience leading high-end residential projects from concept to completion.
  • Demonstrated ability to take personal ownership and accountability in delivering exceptional work and project outcomes.
  • Highly developed design sensibility with strong creative and conceptual thinking.
  • Experience with contract administration and consultant coordination.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Strong client and team relationship and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Thoughtful problem-solving and confident design judgment.
  • Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
  • A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
