Located on the east side, the development’s design seeks to harmonize with the unique characteristics of the neighborhood. East Vancouver boasts a distinct identity where convenience and modernity meet history and the arts. Here, the old and the new merge seamlessly as the city continues to evolve.

We’ve designed a space that merges classic elements with modern sensibilities. The blend can be perceived in the detailed millwork showcasing subtle curved designs and the casual, contemporary feel of the materials selected.
